My boys were given biscuits by Kim, a lovely touch, and she sorted extra pillows as well as an iron and ironing board whenever we needed them. Her help made a real difference during our couple of days here for my sister's wedding. We'd travelled from Essex and arrived a few hours early, feeling a little stressed. Kim, the manager, suggested we grab something to eat while she got the family room ready. It was available within half an hour. She was brilliant throughout and provided outstanding customer service. The room was clean and the food was good, so we'd happily come back and recommend the hotel. Our only small suggestions are a larger bin and a little more storage in family rooms, especially with children. Thanks to Kim and the team for such an enjoyable stay! 😊

I've stayed at the West Cardiff Premier inn a few times over the years, and the staff have always been friendly, helpful, and quick to sort out any issues. This visit, I had a medical emergency and ended up in hospital for an Appendectomy. The team were so kind and thoughtful, supporting us and making sure we had everything we needed. A holiday is the last time you'd want that to happen, but I know the staff at West Cardiff have got my back if I need help. Thank you for being amazing.

Great parking, and the bathroom was lovely and very clean. I booked one of the premier plus rooms, so that's what I'm reviewing. It was my first visit yesterday and a really nice experience. The room was clean, and all the features, including the TV and AC, worked. I'd definitely recommend it.

The food was delicious, and although service was just ok, it was busy so a bit of patience was needed. No big problem, that was to be expected. I really enjoyed the stay: the room was perfect, the bath was a treat, and the bed was very comfortable. The only disappointment was seeing Wales lose against Scotland.

There's plenty of parking and the bathroom is decent. The room itself is functional and nothing special. Lighting is awkward, either very dim bet lights or the full-on bright 'big' room lights. I'd stay again as long as it costs no more than £60 a night. By the way, EV charging here is outrageously expensive.
