It was cosy, and the hosts made us feel welcome. Great place, great people. We'd stay again, yes, I'd recommend it.

Our stay was lovely. The owner was friendly, and the room was big, with a massive, really comfortable bed. It's ideally located near Carlisle city centre.

The worst B&B experience. We got stuck outside because of the padlock code and ended up sleeping in the car. We couldn't reach any of the owners by phone or get our belongings out. I absolutely do not recommend it!

Steve and Lynne went out of their way to welcome us and look after us during our stay. Such a friendly, wonderful B&B. I really enjoyed it and will definitely book again when I visit Carlisle.

We always find the place spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is fantastic. Steve & Lynn are so friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. It's our digs of choice whenever we're in Carlisle, and the prices are very reasonable.
