We had a perfect stay and will definitely come back. The house is lovely, beautifully decorated and really comfortable, and the hosts made us feel welcome. Room 5, 18th to 23 October 2021. Thank you!

The location is good, though the rooms are average and basic. The beds are okay, and the TV is old. The room rules seem a bit ridiculous, especially the ban on takeaway food.

Even though we arrived late, they made us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great ensuite. Having hot chocolate among the included drinks was a nice bonus.

The owner is lovely and does their best to accommodate guests. Check-in starts at 4 p.m., so if you get to Carlisle earlier, there are places nearby to visit while you wait.

It's a very nice place, within easy walking distance of both town and the hospital. I'll definitely stay again when I'm working in Carlisle.
