The twin room was fantastic, with two separate rooms and two double beds. It was modern, spacious, very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent, and the full breakfast was amazing. The location worked perfectly for us. I’d highly recommend it and would stay again.

The only trouble is getting through the narrow entrance to the car park. My big 4x4 caught its wing mirror the first time, then a door handle and wheel arch on the second. Hopefully it’ll all buff out, but you need to line up as straight as you can. Otherwise, I couldn’t fault another stay: the room and bathroom were clean, the big walk-in shower was nice to use, breakfast was good, and staff were polite and friendly. See you all next year, hopefully.

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable, with a decent bathroom, TV, and free WiFi, and nothing was broken. I booked Spilman directly in the morning after needing a hotel at the last minute, and they had a reasonably priced room for that night, with secure parking and breakfast offered. The locked parking area at night was just what I wanted for my motorbike. Breakfast was included, with cereal, cooked options, tea, coffee, and juices. It’s right in central Carmarthen, next to shops and restaurants, but the room was very quiet. Definitely recommended.

We’ve been coming back every year for the past six years, and my family and I really love this hotel. The rooms and service are lovely, and breakfast has lots of options. For a bigger space for a large family, I recommend rooms 24, 25, or 27, with two king- or queen-size beds.
