There are no pigs now, but otherwise it looks just like the photos. The building is recent, with a rustic feel and tasteful decor, all in a unique setting. Bedrooms come in a nice variety, and there’s a clean, spacious kitchen and dining area with big window views, plus a cosy, quiet lounge that can also be a play room. It’s ideal for a big family group or a reunion with friends, and well placed for Ingleton, White Scar Caves, Ribblehead Viaduct and the 3 Peaks walks. The location is quite remote, though, so you can’t pop over to the Co-op for milk and a paper. Bring groceries or arrange a delivery.

The rooms were faultless, honestly perfection. There are loads of lovely walks, quality entertainment and plenty to keep the kids busy. I thought it was really nice.

The house and rooms were beautiful, as was the interior. The host was exceptional in every way, and the customer service was extremely good. The Wi-Fi was excellent too. I felt like a VIP guest, and really appreciated it.

We were a group of ten friends spending the weekend and had an amazing stay. The house was spacious and clean, and the host was incredibly helpful.

Lovely interior and a great cottage. Handy for walking, with a pub nearby that you can reach on foot.
