The staff member was amazing. I learned more from him about the ordnance survey legend than I have in my life, and it makes such a difference to travellers when people in places like this are passionate and know the area beyond the obvious sights. Thanks, mate! The dining and living areas had plenty of room and great views. There were enough toilets and showers for the number of people staying while I was there. Dorm plug points weren’t always beside the beds, but that’s no big deal. The walks are close enough that they won’t massively affect the start or finish of your rambles.

The place was super clean, quiet and really well equipped. I hadn’t stayed in a YHA for about 30 years and was pleasantly surprised. The friendly host worked hard, made check in helpful, served a great breakfast and got us checked out efficiently. It was perfectly located for our Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge, where we stayed the night before and after.

There are pubs, a pizzeria, a chip shop and a co-op close by in Ingleton. It’s an excellent base for the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, and the room was comfortable. The gluten free breakfast was excellent.

The self-catering kitchen was really clean, and there was a bike store, so I didn't have to worry about my bike. This was my first hostel stay and it was great. The hostel was lovely, the little dorm room was fine, and it was so much better than camping. The woman at reception was super helpful too. I can't recommend it highly enough. I stayed on the August 2024 bank holiday Monday.

The rooms were spotless, and the food was great. Inglenton Inn Hostel has a lovely, welcoming feel to it. I'd definitely recommend staying here!
