Seed Hill Guest House

Our host was very accommodating, and breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of cereals alongside the cooked breakfast. I would have liked a longer breakfast window than 0830-0900, since half an hour felt restrictive. We had a very good night's sleep in a comfortable bed. The room was warm and very clean, with beautifully laundered linen, a TV, kettle and drinks, plus soap and lotions in the bathroom. We got a brief, friendly welcome and were shown to our room. The Seed Hill Guest House is on Ingleton's main high street, with off road parking at the back, though the roads are fairly narrow. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and will recommend this B&B to friends and family.

Adrian was a lovely host and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was amazing too. It's a great little guest house, opposite a tapas bar and a tiny bar called The Old Post Office, with the wheatsheaf pub 50m away. There's also an Indian restaurant and a chippy within 20 ft. We stayed after completing the three peaks challenge and would love to come back soon, this time without the 3 peaks. Would recommend.

The room was great when I stayed there in May last year, but the follow-up after checkout has been poor. I left my insoles behind. A foot doctor had recommended them, so they're not easy to find. I called Seed Hill straight away and was told they'd been found and would be posted back. Nine months later, I still haven't received them. I've sent text messages and now get completely ignored.

A quirky little bed n breakfast, with what seems like an entire garden centre squeezed into the front garden, visible from all the windows. They were very welcoming to us, a bunch of sweaty bikers. The interior and rooms are old fashioned, and breakfast was a good ole English brekkie.
