The welcome was great, and the staff were so friendly. Breakfast had an exceptional menu and was cooked and served very well. The beds and bathrooms were beautiful and well equipped. Park house goes the extra mile throughout your stay, and the location is great, just a few minutes' walk from Carnoustie links course. I'd definitely book again.

Debbie made our stay memorable by constantly going above and beyond. She's a perfect host, very generous, and an amazing cook. The Arbroath Smokies and hot breakfast are definitely worth recommending! This B&B was an absolute gem to find. We had such a delightful time, I'd never even consider booking anywhere else if I stay in Carnoustie again.

Immaculate rooms, a great bathroom and a huge, comfortable king size bed made this a wonderful B&B. Debbie, the owner, was such a good host and nothing was too much trouble. We'll be back soon 😊

The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated, and breakfast was delicious. It's also an easy walk to Carnoustie golf course and some great local restaurants.
