The apartment was clean and had everything we needed while visiting for a family wedding at the Excellency venue, just a few minutes away. The only thing I'd change is the 10am checkout, which felt a bit early.
The apartment itself was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had what we needed. Booking was easy, and the team were helpful. I'd stay again, though a few things need attention. We were told to keep noise down from 10pm to 7am, but the upstairs neighbours kept banging about until after 1am and nobody enforced the policy. The front door was often left open, which didn't feel secure. There was also just one small wardrobe mirror and the bathroom mirror for four adults getting ready, despite plenty of spare wall space.
Being on a business park makes the apartments feel quite industrial, so I'd say they're better for work trips than holidays. They're close to the main roads, though less convenient for town. Inside, they're clean, and the problems we reported were sorted quickly. The apartments are spacious and bright, but short on basic self-catering gear, including kitchen utensils, a dustpan and brush, and drainers. Spending a week living in one would help show what's missing.
The bathrooms felt luxurious, and the rooms were lovely. We only stayed one night and wished we'd booked two so we could enjoy it longer. The location was the downside, with warehouses around and no shops close by.
