The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful when needed, while still giving us privacy. Our spacious room had a big, comfortable bed and a large bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice and flexibility for cooked food, plus a nice range of other options. Strongly recommend.

We booked four rooms for our family while attending a wedding nearby, and Woodlyn Guest House felt like a home away from home for the two nights. The carpets were wonderfully soft, so nobody needed slippers going between rooms and the comfy lounge. Every room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and carefully equipped down to the last detail. Breakfast was superb, with quality ingredients and friendly service. Some of us slept in after the busy wedding on Saturday, and the packed croissants, spread, and other bits were much appreciated for the long drive home. Kev and Nikki are caring, thoughtful hosts. Highly recommend this wee gem, and hope to return.

Kev and Nikki made the stay: they were amazing, friendly, attentive, and really helpful. My wife, our 11 month old, and I had a fantastic four nights here. The whole b and b was immaculate, and our room was spacious, with an on suit, large tv, kettle, and wardrobes. There was a great breakfast selection, from cereals and porridge to croissants and smoked salmon, plus all the items for the works fry up. Absolutely faultless. The earlier reviews are right, this deserves 5 ⭐️, or 10 if I could give it. Many thanks for a great stay.

Kev and Nikki were the perfect hosts, making us all feel welcome and happy to help with anything. We stayed two nights with our family across three rooms. The rooms were amazing, modern, and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had, with lots of choice and cooked to perfection. We wish we could have stayed longer, and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
