We stopped overnight in our van through Britstops, and what a great find. It looked inviting outside, and the inside lived up to that first impression. The staff were friendly, and dogs are made to feel just as welcome. The food was delicious, and the real ale was fantastic too, which matters a lot ❤️. We’ll definitely visit again next time we’re heading back from Scotland.

The Parmo and Fish n Chips were delicious, and every dish was prepared perfectly. The service was outstanding too. I had a fantastic time and highly recommend it! 😋👍✨ I’ll be back regularly.

We hadn’t planned a pub stop, but got hungry on the way to Kipling Hall and decided to come in for a Sunday roast. Glad we did. The service was quick and efficient, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the food was good. A very enjoyable visit all round.

We went for Sunday dinner while my parents were visiting. We hadn’t booked, but they managed to fit us in at a table by the bar. The carvery food was great, and both the food and staff were lovely. My only issue was the table and chair. I’m tall, so my legs wouldn’t fit underneath.

We’ve been in the evenings too, and the food stays consistently excellent, with lots of choice for adults and children. The staff are always welcoming and make it a lovely place to be. We’ll keep coming back, and I’d highly recommend it to families after quality food in a friendly setting. The Farmers Arms at Brompton on Swale has become our family’s regular spot. It’s in a great location, with a nice walking route from the school, so we can get some exercise before sitting down to a hearty Sunday carvery. The carvery is excellent value without sacrificing quality. We also really appreciate the children’s menu, which offers a welcome range beyond the usual nuggets and pizza.
