We always want to stay here when we're down south. It feels comfy and homely, and the cooked breakfasts are so good they make me want to move in. Mary and her husband Simon are lovely, and they're so relaxed about arrival and departure times that you don't have to stress if your plans run late. This is probably the best B&B in Sussex, maybe even the whole South East. I'm keeping this secret to myself!☺️

Mary and Simon are excellent hosts. The lodge and guest annexe are both lovely places to stay, set in a beautiful spot. Everything feels comfortable, friendly, and welcoming.

We had loads of space in the one bed summer house, even with two couples sharing it for two nights in September. It's such a beautiful place, with tasteful decor and gorgeous gardens and surroundings. The owners were lovely and treated us like friends, doing all they could to make the stay memorable. Breakfast was great too. We'd love to come back and can't wait to do it x
