Our room, number 4, was spacious, spotless and really comfortable. The owners were friendly and hospitable, and the accommodation was beautifully presented in a quiet part of chapel st.leonards, about a 10-minute walk from the square. We’d highly recommend this bed and breakfast. The ship pub around the corner is worth a Saturday evening visit too, with very friendly staff.

Gordon and Emie made us feel so welcome. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, and breakfast was amazing: cereal of your choice, fresh fruit, yogurt if you wanted it, and a full English. We arrived as customers and felt we left as friends. Thank you.

The couple who run the place make you feel very welcome. Rooms are spacious, comfy and very clean, and breakfast is plentiful and freshly cooked. I’ve stayed here several times and would keep coming back.

We popped in to see my son, who has a room there, and the place was stunning. The rooms were immaculate and beautiful, and the owners were so friendly and accommodating. We’ve booked a weekend stay.

The hosts were very welcoming, and the room was spacious with nice decor. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of fresh fruit, cereals and cooked food. There’s good parking too, and the area is quiet.
