We wouldn't stay here again. We arrived half an hour after the earliest check-in time, but the room was still being cleaned, so we had to wait. The area didn't feel particularly safe, and there was no parking nearby either. The room itself was okay, but the carpet had quite a few stains and the bed was hard, uncomfortable, and very creaky. It was also incredibly hot and stuffy all night, even with the windows open. Noise travels all through the apartment block, and our room door was broken where it should close by itself, so it swung loudly. The bathrooms looked newly renovated at first, but closer up they didn't seem very clean. The shower drain was especially dirty and drained really slowly. In one of the two shared bathrooms the shower wouldn't get warm, and neither bathroom had paper towels in the dispenser. The TV wasn't connected to any services, so there was nothing to watch. We were very disappointed.

Mr.Jemie was a great help and very supportive. For my first stay in Paisley, this was a convenient place for the price and for getting around. If you're planning a stay in Paisley, this is one of the best options.

I couldn't sleep because of noise into the early hours. The guest house is advertised as a two-star place with nicely furnished rooms, but what I found was the opposite. Drinking water comes from a cooler down the corridor, and the room had only a bed, chair, small table, and kettle. The TV had no Ariel cable and wasn't tuned in at all. Even a zero rating would be generous.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the whole place felt peaceful and homey. I loved my stay. It was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and fast Wi-Fi, all in a great location. A relaxing, affordable option I'd happily recommend! ☺️🤗

The room was big and clean, though the place looked rundown when I first came in. It was unbearably hot at night and the window only opened a little. Other guests made noise until late, and at a couple of points someone knocked on my door. The area around it is a bit rubbish. I only stayed one night.
