The rooms were cosy, comfortable, clean, and nicely designed, and that later breakfast on the 1st was much appreciated 🤣. We had a great New Year's Eve party here to welcome 2026. The staff kept the service running smoothly while keeping the party going, and were always smiling. They also kept my friend's purse safe after we'd left it in the bar. Thanks for the lovely stay and party. We'll be back!

We stayed in the first week of January, and the included parking was useful. Breakfast ran from 7:30 am to 10:30 am and was ordered from a menu, with no buffet when we were there. It was very filling. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is 15 minutes from the airport. Definitely recommended, especially if you need to catch an early flight.

The drinks were nice, so that was one positive. The girl with pink hair was very rude to us, and we could hear her talking about us from behind the bar. An older boy with blonde hair was rude too. I didn't catch his name.

We'd already paid for two breakfasts and a pot of tea for two. The tea cost about £3, which seemed fair, and we were told we could get a top-up. When we asked, a larger pot arrived with a different waiter, who said it should be added to the tab. As we were leaving, we checked whether we owed anything for it and were told the extra pot cost £7.50 because it used two tea bags. That's two fewer customers now. Thanks for getting back to me. Just to clarify, I wasn't after a bigger pot, only a refill. I accept there could have been clearer communication from both sides.
