We had such a good time bringing in 2026 here. The staff kept the party going while staying on top of service, and they were always smiling. I was also grateful they kept my friend's purse safe after we left it behind in the bar. The room was clean, cosy, and comfortable, and the later breakfast on January 1 was much appreciated. Thanks for a lovely night and party. We'll be back!

We were there during the first week of January, and parking was included. Breakfast ran from 7:30 to 10:30 and was ordered from the menu rather than served as a buffet when we visited. It was very filling. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the airport was about 15 minutes away. I'd definitely recommend it, especially if you have an early flight.

The drinks were nice, so that was one good thing. The girl with pink hair was rude to us, and we could hear her talking about us behind the bar. An older boy with blonde hair was rude too, though I didn't catch his name.

We had two breakfasts and a pot of tea for two. At about £3, the tea seemed fairly priced, and we were told we could get a top-up. But when we asked, another waiter brought over a larger pot and said it should go on the tab, even though we'd already paid. As we were leaving, we checked whether there was anything to pay for the extra tea and were told it cost £7.50 because they used two tea bags. They've lost a couple of customers over this. Thanks for getting back to me. To clarify, we only wanted a refill, not a larger pot. I accept there could've been clearer communication on both sides.
