We spent time sitting by the canal, watching the world go by from the garden seating. The cottage is lovely and beautifully placed right on the canal edge. The weather let us down during our visit, so hopefully it will be better next time.

The country pub is right on the doorstep and the canal paths make for lovely walks. It’s a peaceful, idyllic spot, and the cottage itself is lovely.
