Beaumont House

It was only one night, and I would've preferred speaking to a person instead of doing everything digitally. The room was uncomfortably hot, to the point we felt sick. We tried the air-conditioning even though it was winter, but the noise kept us from sleeping.

I was very happy with my stay. The price was competitive against other Cheltenham hotels, and there's plenty of parking. The building is lovely inside, with nice decor, and my room was a good size and very clean. It's in a smart part of town, though not right in the centre.

We had two rooms for one night with friends, and everything was spotless. The rooms were spacious, clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. We thought the hotel was perfect and would happily stay again if we get the chance. I'd absolutely recommend it.

The Hillview room was set up as a twin as requested, with lots of light and space, a comfy sofa and chair, and a large bathroom with separate shower and bath. Both beds were comfortable, with pillow choices and good-quality linen. The thick, fluffy towels were a treat. There was also a kettle, cups, Clipper tea, instant coffee, milk and mineral water in a handy little drinks fridge. The shared spaces were spotless too. Getting in was simple. The hotel's messages were clear, self check-in was easy, and the staff were welcoming and polite. It's a comfortable, clean, well-appointed hotel, with secure off-road parking. You can walk into town, and Bath Road's shops, cafes and pubs are just a few minutes away. I'd highly recommend it and will definitely return.
