The window banged in the wind last night and didn't seem airtight. I also couldn't find a shower on my floor, so I couldn't shower. A bath isn't ideal when you're sharing. The rest was good. With lots of people using the toilet facilities, automatic taps and flushing would be a good investment. Thank you.

The staff were genuinely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Our superior double room smelled, though, and the shared bathrooms were unpleasant, probably because of the stag party next door. The third-floor shower ran burning hot and didn't work properly. It took us a while to realise the showers on the top floor were better and cleaner.

We had to book somewhere at short notice because we couldn't find other accommodation in Cheltenham. I hadn't realised there were no separate single-sex shower and toilet blocks. After being used to ensuite hotel rooms, I found the shared setup too much and skipped showering that night. Our room was on the fourth floor and there was no lift. The laundry was one saving grace, since hotel laundries are hard to find.

The place was clean, but towels weren't included and had to be rented. They also charge £10 for checking in late.

I decided at the last minute to stay in Cheltenham. It's a nice place in a really good spot in town.
