Premier Inn Cheltenham Town Centre

My only issue is the location of the disabled room. It was so far from the lift that I found the walk exhausting. I'd have thought it would make more sense for that room to be nearer the lift. Otherwise, the staff were as friendly and helpful as ever, and thanks to Lainy for remembering my name. The meal deal was extremely good value 🤔. Thanks for another good stay. I expect to be back soon.

I don't usually write reviews, but this is a friendly, welcoming, budget-friendly hotel. The service is consistently helpful and made me feel welcome. Toby, the young night front desk worker, and Ellie, the head chef, both gave excellent service. I want to commend them both.

It was a very quiet place for a getaway, and I slept really well. The staff were helpful too. Stephan and Darek were always kind and polite at the front desk, and Will in the kitchen went the extra mile, sending out plates that were warm and full. Thank you all.

There was plenty of hot food at breakfast, and you could order from the kitchen as well. The room was a good size, comfortable, and had fast Wi-Fi and everything we needed. The bathroom was okay, though the shower curtain wasn't the best way to keep water in. Cleaning could've been better: there were visible stains on the toilet and heavy staining on the kettle.
