The day before check-in, my friends and I told the hotel that one person in our group had tested positive for covid. None of us could go, so we asked for a refund, but the hotel refused any kind of refund. The receptionist was rude and arrogant, with no customer service skills. In his words, “It’s not our fault a member of your party has covid. You made the booking.” It felt like they only cared about taking our money. Please stay well away.
