Breakfast was simple but nice, and the hotel is well placed for town and Chester's tourist spots. The staff were really kind and welcoming, and both the room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and pleasant. There were a couple of things that need attention: the bathroom door was a little faulty, and the shower only gave extremely hot water. We could also hear other guests faintly through the rather thin walls. Still, it was a lovely stay, and the rooms only need a few minor improvements. Thank you.

Beth was brilliant during our weekend in Chester for my partner's birthday. She was friendly and really helpful, and the hotel was clean throughout with lovely decor. We enjoyed the complimentary continental breakfast, with plenty of choice and proper coffee. It was about a 20-minute walk to the centre and a 10-minute drive to the zoo. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

The location was quiet but still close enough to central Cheshire. Our room was modern, clean and had comfortable beds, and the stay was excellent value for money. The friendly staff went above and beyond by arranging an early breakfast for our early start. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed on Saturday 1/6/24 and were impressed by how the hotel had been renovated to a new standard. The rooms looked brand new, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its location is near the city centre. Breakfast was a satisfactory continental spread, and we'd highly recommend the hotel.

The bedrooms were very clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was good too, and there's an Italian restaurant and pubs close by. The hotel is near a bus stop for getting into Chester. The couple running it were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.
