The breakfast was fabulous, and the complimentary drinks, chocolates and fruit were more than we expected. Tracie & Jerry were wonderfully hospitable, couldn’t praise them enough. We’ll be back, and we’ve recommended them to all our friends.

My wife and I stayed for one night in June while Chester races was on. Jerry gave us a lift into Chester because no taxis were available. The room was top class, and we’ve never had a finer breakfast during a stay at a B&B. I highly recommend it.

Tracey gave us the warmest welcome when she answered the door, and both she and Jerry did all they could for us. We were visiting a Concert in Wrexham and planned to spend the next day in Chester, so the location worked perfectly. Breakfast was great, especially the mushrooms, which were a game changer. We’ll definitely book again when we’re back in the area. Diolch yn fawr

We felt the car was safe behind the electric gates, which we appreciated. The room was well equipped, breakfast was lovely, and we got a warm welcome. Tea and cake in the conservatory was a great start to the stay. We’d happily return and recommend Roseville.

The made-to-order breakfast was delicious. Tracy & Jerry were genuinely welcoming hosts, and their house, conservatory and garden have all been lovingly updated. A 10 out of 10 for me. I’d return to this B&B if I get the chance to visit York again. Bob Zeidler
