The main drawback was a bit of dust in some areas, plus a few spiders on the ceiling. It wasn't a big deal, though. The room itself was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and cosy, with everything we needed for two nights. It's a lovely hotel for a night or two in Chester, in a quiet neighbourhood only a few minutes from the centre. The historical building has a nice, luxurious feel.

Tracey at reception was so friendly and accommodating, and we really appreciated the free parking. We booked for my husband's birthday and loved the room, with its great features and decor, plus a comfortable, spacious bed. The town centre is only a 5 minute walk away. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere small and friendly.

We left the car in ther car park and didn't need it again, since everything was an easy walk away. It's an excellent spot if you're staying in chester, just 5 minutes from town. The room was great and had everything we needed and more. The lady on reception was really nice and pleasant. highly recommended for a stay.

Tracey gave us a lovely, helpful welcome at this great little hotel, a short distance from the town centre. The apartment was really spacious and had a fitted kitchen, which made breakfast decisions easy. The bed was super comfortable, the shower properly warm, and everything was very clean. The only downside I found was the WiFi, which was sometimes really slow. O2 network coverage isn't great in Chester either. I'd really recommend staying thrtr in Chester.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we thought it was good value for money. It's a brilliant hotel, perfectly placed for exploring Chester. I'd highly recommend it and would use it again if we needed to be in the area.
