Marion was a fantastic host, and the room had all the little extras that made the weekend special: bottled water, toiletries, a fridge, and an ice machine in the hall. There was as much tea and coffee as we could want, too. We had a fabulous weekend here for my husband's birthday. A great place to stay, and we'd definitely come back.

We’ll definitely be back. Marion was so welcoming and helpful, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches. The room felt like a small suite, with plenty of space, a fridge, a bar area and seating, plus a really comfy bed. It’s right in the heart of Chester but not too busy, with a great little pub just outside.

The owners were so welcoming, and our room was a nice size. It was surprisingly quiet given where it is. There were chocolates in the room, extra tea and coffee, an ice freezer and proper glasses. They’d even left a makeup flannel, which was a nice touch and saves the white towels.

Marion was so helpful and thought of everything, so we didn’t need to ask for a thing. She even recommended a restaurant where I had a lovely birthday meal. We had a lovely stay and will come again. Thank you!

Our studio had everything we needed, including a comfy bed and lovely pillows. We got a warm welcome, and it’s just a short walk to the city centre.
