Casa Hotel

The food was delicious, and Emily was amazing. Our glasses were never empty, and every member of staff brought such enthusiasm, energy and willingness to help. I’ve had bottomless brunches in Leeds and London, but this one was the best by far. I came to the Barca bar on 14th February for a birthday brunch with my son and daughter. Thank you to the whole team. Well done, Casa!!

We chose a room with its own sauna and jacuzzi, and the private spa facilities made for a perfect getaway. The room was immaculate and well designed, with the jacuzzi a real highlight for relaxing in privacy. Staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome as soon as we checked in. Breakfast had a great selection and high-quality ingredients. The four PodPoint EV chargers on site made charging our car easy and stress-free. From the sauna to the charging points, everything was top-tier. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Casa Hotel.

The room was spacious, with a really big bed, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were kind and efficient too. My only small reservation is the name of the Bar: I’ve always been a Real Madrid fan. Even so, I’ll come back.

The room was cold, and the controls were basically unusable. I assume that happens fairly often, since there was a portable heater in the room. The road right outside was a bit noisy. The rooms themselves were very clean and well laid out, and the bar was nice, though its no-laptop policy felt restrictive for a business location. Staff were helpful and pleasant, and the hotel deserves its four stars.
