The views of the Derbyshire countryside from the decking and the living room patio doors were lovely, and the hot tub made it even easier to relax. We had a wonderful week at Highview Stables. The property was clean, comfortable and laid out well, with a fully equipped kitchen that even had an air fryer. It was very dog friendly. Our little pug was welcomed with treats, and there were blankets to cover the sofa so she could cuddle with us. She wasn’t allowed on the bed, which was fine as she isn’t allowed on ours at home either. Our daughter, who’s 12, said the sofa bed was comfortable, and it was easy to turn into a bed. The owners were friendly, and their phone numbers were there in case we needed them.

Just got back from a long weekend. The hot tub was a real bonus, especially on a cold, rainy night. The place was fantastic, clean, and laid out well. Our dog was welcome, and they’d left treats for her.

We had a lovely stay with our dog. Joan, the owner, gave us a lovely welcome. The area was beautiful, and the place was clean and cosy. There were plenty of logs for the fire and treats for the dog, too.
