The house worked perfectly as our base for a hike through the beautiful area. There were plenty of different shared spaces for all 16 of us, and the beds and sofas were comfortable and good quality. We had a fantastic stag weekend and would definitely come back.

We never stayed here, but want people to know what happened. We booked through Booking.com, and the host confirmed we could check in an hour early. We built our plans around this place, including activities, taxis and gatherings. Then the next morning, the owner said they wouldn't honor the booking because of the price and pushed us to cancel it ourselves. The alternative they offered cost the same but was smaller, had poor reviews and no view. The messages were concerning too, suggesting we'd spoken with the owner before when we hadn't. Mistakes happen, but this was deeply disappointing and felt unprofessional and dodgy.

A nice spot to unwind with family or friends. Everything was clean and tidy. The recycling setup was the one frustration: we were asked to separate recycling, but then had to carry all the rubbish through the house to the front gate and put it in one bin. The recycling ended up mixed in there too. It needs better planning.
