The garden was a favourite part of our stay at Bell Lodge: it was dog-friendly, beautifully looked after, and had table tennis, a giant trampoline, a jacuzzi and plenty of seating for meals or relaxing outside. Inside, there was room for all 12 of us to sit together in the open kitchen and dining area. Everything was clean, well equipped and welcoming, the bedrooms were cosy and comfortable, and we all slept well. We also enjoyed games and laughter in the lounge, with the piano there for a bit of entertainment. Bell Lodge is in West Wittering, opposite a peaceful cabbage field, and the quiet gave us a real break from everyday life. The cleaners were kind enough to let me come back for my pillow after I’d left it behind, which I really appreciated. It was a lovely family holiday full of relaxing, laughter and time together. We’d be lucky to return one day. Thank you, Bell Lodge!

We had a wonderful family stay in this beautiful lodge. There was plenty of room for our large group, and the photos really don’t do the place justice.

A lovely rural setting in a beautiful conversion of an old country pub.
