Rachel made us feel at home and even thought of treats that worked with my lactose intolerance. We stayed three nights in this lovely little hideaway, which was just right for two and well placed for exploring Chichester. Having secure parking right outside was a real bonus, though the car did take up nearly half the courtyard. Highly recommended.

The host was quick to respond, made the booking easy, and helped us settle in. The Clock House is tucked along a pretty side street in Chichester’s conservation area, close to cafés, galleries, shops, restaurants, the cathedral and the old Roman walls. Inside, it feels private and peaceful, with historic character and the comforts of a boutique hotel, from crisp sheets and soft towels and robes to all the thoughtful details. A lovely retreat for two. Can't wait to come back!

The garden was a dream, and the little living room with its quality speakers made the place feel especially homely. We spent five days at The Clock house in Chichester, and even opening the gate to our private parking felt like the start of something special. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus treats and tasty surprises in the cupboards and fridge. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a skylight. Rachel was attentive and glad to help whenever we had a question. We felt like we were in paradise. Highly recommend!

We've come back for a second stay because we loved it so much the first time. The cottage is lovely and well equipped, and the fridge and bread bin were stocked with essentials and treats, so we could settle in and make a cuppa straight away. It's a wonderful house in a great spot, with parking close by, a real bonus so near Chichester. Rachel is a lovely host and is always happy to help.

It's small and right by the town centre, but still feels like a quiet, private place to rest. We love staying here and have been coming to the clock house for years. It's always our first choice in Chichester. Rachel is a real host, always ready to help with whatever we need, and keeps making improvements to an already lovely house. It looks great, Rachel. We love it 🏡♥️
