We found it easy to get into Chichester, and the location was also great for exploring Selsey. My partner and I stayed one night at The Coast Yard while visiting friends in Selsey, in a clean, cozy room with a king size bed. The owners welcomed us warmly, then served a lovely cooked breakfast the next morning, with cereals to choose from as well. Would definitely recommend.

There’s lots to make a stay easy here, from parking and a garden to sit in to the bus for Chichester just outside on the main road. You can eat takeout in the dining area, with plates and other things available, and drinks in the fridge and an honesty bar too. We had Chinese delivered from the fortune inn. The place was really clean, with lovely room touches like dressing gowns, sweets, oat milk sachets and biscuits topped up daily. The breakfast menu had plenty of choice, and the food was delicious, made with quality ingredients. Staff were happy to help with anything. It's an easy walk to local cafés, shops and pubs, while the beach is about 30 minutes on foot or five minutes by car. We hope to return. A superb find, and thanks to the lovely lady chef and the owners!

There was lots of parking, and a lovely garden just outside our room. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, and made us and our dog feel at home. Our room was clean, comfortable and had tea and coffee, a TV and a cozy sofa. Breakfast offered a very nice selection, including veggie options. Shops are a few minutes' walk away, and the beach is a short drive. We really enjoyed our short stay.

Room No1 was spacious, clean and well equipped, and the early check-in was handy. We spent two days at the Coast Yard and found it just about perfect for us. Breakfast was excellent, and our hosts and the staff were brilliant. The roomy breakfast area has a couple of sofas and games and books, all looking out onto the garden. There's an honesty bar with reasonably priced drinks. Our room was upstairs, though we saw at least one ground-floor room with wheelchair access. A very pleasant, comfortable stay.
