The Courtyard (Adults Only)

It's right in the centre of Chichester, only a couple of minutes' walk from the high street. Spotlessly clean, with welcoming supplies of muffins, bread, milk and more. Highly recommend!

The garden was a lovely place to sit on a summer day, and the house is in a nice part of town, just minutes from the shops. We stayed at the Courtyard in Chichester for a couple of weeks in August. Rachel is a super host who's thought of everything. The two bedrooms were comfortable, with en-suite bathrooms and quality linens and towels. The welcome pastries and groceries were a nice touch, as were the fresh flowers. We'll definitely be back!

Our top three highlights were the communication, the house and the orangery with courtyard. Rachel planned everything well and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished and laid out with generous room to cook, host and eat together. The orangery and courtyard make a lovely indoor-outdoor space in any weather. The four bedrooms were all spacious and well furnished. From the moment we arrived, the inviting scent made the house feel cozy, and fresh fruit, pastries and bubbles were waiting for us. A 10/10 stay, the best staycation homes we've experienced.

The peaceful feel of the house and courtyard garden is such a tonic, especially with the city centre right outside. We stayed at Number 1 the courtyard in Chichester and had a wonderful time. The decor is beautiful, the facilities are impeccable and Rachel has thought through the design, even leaving us treats. I can thoroughly recommend it. 10/10. Thank you.
