The location is brilliant, with direct access onto the beach and a lovely warm pool. After a dip in the sea, there’s a cute outdoor shower to rinse off. Our room was large, in a beautiful house, with a king-size bed and luxury bedding. They’d provided a fan since it was hot when we visited. Maranda was a great host and suggested places for food and drinks. There are two elderly black labs living there. They’re not allowed upstairs and were perfectly behaved, adding to our lovely stay.

There are no TVs in the rooms because of noise, or there’s a guest lounge, so bring books or be comfortable with IT. That’s the one possible downside, or upside, to this place. It’s not a typical B&B, but well worth a visit. Martin served a brilliant breakfast and the service was good. The house sits right on the beach between East Wittering and Bracklesham, about ten minutes from either, with a great heated pool and pool area and plenty of decking in the back garden. We also ate at Billie's on the beach again, good food at good prices.

The view and rooms are stunning, and the service is excellent. We’ve just come back from a few days at the wonderful kite house, where the welcome was so warm and the atmosphere really friendly. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Can’t wait to return, fantastic.

It’s a decent place by the sea, though it can be windy. The B&B house was quiet, so I could relax and sleep well. I stayed for two days and had a wonderful time.
