Before my stay, the owner replied to every message quickly. Since then, I’ve tried several times to get an invoice and even raised it with Booking.com, but still haven’t received one. I need it to claim my work expenses back. The silence now feels rude, and honestly, I’m pretty disgusted. I won’t stay here again.

The bathroom was disgusting, and the towels were dirty, with blood and hair left from whoever used them before. The hallway smelled diabolical, and there was a leak in the bathroom roof that nobody bothered to fix. Spend the extra £50 quid and stay somewhere else.

Disgusting place. I was on the third floor, up a narrow staircase, and the owner was hard to reach. I tried contacting him, but he never answered. There was no air conditioning, and I could hear traffic and construction workers.

Really liked the accommodation. It had everything I needed and was in a good location. I’d stay again.
