The location is incredible, and the cleaning staff were the only part of this stay worth five stars. They helped us get inside after the company failed to answer either phone calls or emails. We were meant to receive the access code 24 hours before check-in, but nothing arrived. We only got in because we ran into the cleaners while they were working in the apartments. We had Wi-Fi but were never given the password, so couldn’t use it. The room itself was perfectly fine, but several beds were broken, as was one sofa. Then we were told to move apartments because of water damage, which turned out, after a lot of investigation, to be coming from another apartment. As others have said, this is a hotel to avoid.

Terrible experience. This is a fake apartment. I booked and paid as usual, but the owner cancelled two hours before check-in and offered alternatives that weren’t acceptable. I’d tried several times in the days before to get the access codes, but never got a reply. I strongly advise against booking this property. Report this scam so others don’t have the same bad experience.

Unfortunately, I had the same experience as other reviewers. Fake apartment, avoid. I wish I’d checked the Google reviews earlier, since the Expedia rating looked quite good.

In London, CAPITAL is known for reserving rooms and then canceling on guests, often without even letting them know.

Our booking was canceled just two weeks before the stay, even though we’d booked months in advance. The service was absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs.
