The beach and shops are just a few minutes away on foot. My husband and I had our honeymoon cancelled, so we booked a weekend here instead. It was the best stay, everything was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. Nothing was wrong with it, and we'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Cleethorpes. We can't wait to come back in November.

We first came for one night in August with our two children, and the place felt really cosy. The beds were nicely made, everything was clean, and the room was spacious and warm. We returned for a night on our own in October, and it was still just as clean. Lovely hotel and owners, we'd recommend it xx

We'd saved and planned for this day, and were hoping to make it extra special after the news that we're expecting a little one. Instead, the stay was spoiled. The small double room cost £50 without breakfast, and its Yale lock was faulty. It opened only once in maybe twenty or thirty tries. We told the owner, including that my partner was pregnant, then went out for the evening expecting the lock to be checked at least, and preferably fixed. Nothing was done. Around 2:30 am, my partner got up to use the toilet but couldn't get out of the room, so she had to pee in the sink. In the morning we had to shout for someone outside to let us out again. The owners didn't seem bothered, and we weren't offered an apology, a partial refund, or any compensation. Be especially careful with room 2.

The location was fantastic, and my partner and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean, the owners were friendly, and we'd stay here again.

Only about a five-minute walk from the beach, which was perfect. A very clean, modern B+B, and I'd definitely recommend staying here.
