The rooms were fantastic, breakfast was brilliant, and the hospitality was great. It's conveniently located close to the railway station and restaurants. We had a great couple of nights in September 2014, and I'd recommend it to anyone using Windermere as a base for a Lake District visit.

The breakfast was lovely, and the facilities and location worked really well. I know the owner, but honestly, Kay's is a lovely place. I couldn't have asked for more.
