Greendale View

The surroundings are beautiful, and the accommodation was lovely. Our pod was very clean and well equipped. It’s dog friendly too, so we were glad we could bring him along.

We stopped for tea and cake during a lovely drive in the countryside. The setting was fabulous, the service excellent, and everyone was so friendly. The tea was lovely and hot, and our daughter gave the hot chocolate high approval. The cakes were utterly delicious, and my husband’s scone was light and tasty too. We were very well looked after, thanks to all. We’ll definitely come back to try something savoury from the lovely menu 😋😀

Breakfast was the highlight, with great ingredients cooked expertly and served wonderfully. The homemade bread is worth buying a loaf of. Our room was clean, modern and comfortable, and the place is very dog friendly. The owners’ dog, Sky, is gorgeous. We had an absolutely amazing stay and will definitely be back. Thanks for making it so enjoyable.

We were in Chatburn for a friend’s wedding and stayed one night. It’s about a ten-minute taxi ride from Clitheroe. The view of the nearby landscape was gorgeous, and the room was very clean, spacious and had plenty of wardrobe space. There was complimentary tea and coffee, a hairdryer, and a modern, well-maintained bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were lovely and approachable. We’d booked breakfast but didn’t end up eating; the staff kindly offered to give us food to take home if we wanted. I’d recommend Greendale for a chance to relax and forget the world for a bit. We’ll return.
