Station Lounge & Rooms

There was no food available at all, something the booking sites hadn't mentioned, and on arrival the place looked like a building site, with half the bar being rearranged and furniture piled up. We'd booked a family room with two double beds and a single, but were given one with just a double bed. The bathroom sink's hot water started as a trickle and then stopped completely. The next morning we couldn't find anyone from management, only cleaners, so we explained the problems and left our details and phone number for them to pass on. Nobody ever contacted us, and the room wasn't cleaned or tidied after our first night. Friends had also booked, but their reservation was suddenly cancelled the night before because the hotel apparently had ‘double booked’. There were still rooms available when we were there. Very poorly run, with poor customer service. We wouldn't stay again or recommend it.
