Bethan was so welcoming when I checked in, which was easy. I was there for four business nights, and when the TV gave me trouble, she came to look at it and rang my room later to make sure it was working and I was happy. Really good service. I'd definitely stay again if I'm nearby.
The room was very dusty, which was a real shame because everything else was spot on and it could have been avoided. The staff were fantastic, always cheerful and ready to help. Getting around is a bit tricky without a car, though there is a local bus. There's a Harvester on site, and the hotel serves cooked and continental breakfast from about 6:30am.
Spacious, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast selection, all at a really fair price. The location was handy, and the staff were lovely. I'd come back if I needed to.
The hot breakfast was great. I'm less sure about the coffee machine, though. The room was warm and roomy, with a kettle and hairdryer, and there's a bar by reception. Not much to complain about.
Handy for an overnight stay, with M4 access close by in either direction. The rooms are comfortable and child friendly, and you can ask for extra tea and coffee. Breakfast is continental and available with a booking from 7 to 10am. The lift wasn't working, though, and there's no air conditioning in the rooms.
