Rockinghams Pods

We had a lovely, peaceful Saturday night. The pod was bigger than I expected and had everything I needed: a kettle, microwave, cutlery, mugs and glasses. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was powerful and hot. I was worried it might be cold at night, but there’s a heater that works great. We were toasty within minutes! There are fantastic walks all around. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Sophie!

I travelled alone with the dog. It’s a very small campsite in the middle of nowhere, with two pods on site and electric hook-up for the other pitches. The pod was comfortable and had everything I needed, including a fridge, kettle and microwave. The bed was a little hard, but you are camping! There’s a small welfare unit with a toilet and shower, plus a portaloo. Plenty of walking too, across open, empty fields and through the woods. It made a great overnight stop after a busy day at a dog obedience show. I’d definitely stay again.

The owners of Rockinghams Pods made us feel so welcome. We had a peaceful, beautiful time camping among the woods, and it was a lovely break from the everyday rush. I'd highly recommend Rockingham Pods if you want to get away for a bit.

Josephine was really accommodating and let several families, with plenty of kids, have the whole site. We had a fantastic long weekend. The campsite has a lovely hot shower with good pressure, plus two comfortable wooden pods equipped with things like kettles and a microwave. We'd love to come back.
