There’s a lot right on the doorstep in Colchester, including shops, the bus station, and the train station, yet my room was peaceful. It was comfortable and felt very safe, with great security. The advertised services and amenities were all faultless, and I couldn’t find anything to fault. When I was comparing a few websites, these rooms stood out for having a private bathroom plus cooking and laundry facilities. They were helpful about arranging a tour and letting me make a deposit and secure a viewing around my work schedule. The accommodation is clearly in demand. I’d absolutely recommend the place I stayed, and if I’m in Colchester again, I’ll ask whether they have a room available.

We needed somewhere at the last minute, and they were great at helping us out. The rooms are spacious and private, and not needing a key means there’s no worry about forgetting it. The location is great, and the directions for finding the place and using the locks were precise. We’d definitely consider coming back.

We only booked at short notice, and they were happy to fit us in. Nathan and Cyril were so welcoming. The room was huge, lovely, and clean, with an amazing shower, great TV service, and strong free WiFi. My partner and I will definitely return, even though we live in Colchester. The room was a great price, and I can’t wait for the restaurant to open. Thanks so much!

The room was clean, nicely decorated, and a good size, with a really comfortable bed and a lovely ensuite shower. It’s in a great location, and the staff are friendly and ready to help if needed. Highly recommended.

We had a large room, lovely service, and a powerful shower. Louise and her team were amazing and made our stay such a nice experience. The kids and I are already looking forward to staying with you again on our next trip to Colchester.
