Scott's Barn

Des and Delores made us feel right at home, and the little welcome pack was a nice touch. We had a brilliant time entertaining family and friends here and made some great memories. The cottage has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and sits just outside Cookstown. You’ll need a car to get around. It’s a lovely place to rent. We'll be back again.

Scotts Barn felt more like home than any of the six star luxury resorts I’ve stayed in. It was my first visit to Ireland, and the cottage was comfortable, really well equipped and much nicer than the photos suggest. Dolores and Des were welcoming and accommodating, and the location worked perfectly for us. We'll stay here again next time we're in Ireland. Warm wishes from Amanda, Grant & Kerry.

Spotlessly clean, with lovely fittings and everything needed to feel at home. Scott's Barn is a gorgeous little hideaway, a real hidden gem for relaxing and unwinding on a staycation. Dolores and Des are wonderful hosts. Highly recommend it.

We spent four days here in June and loved the barn and its beautiful setting. The owners were friendly and helpful, and the place had everything we needed. They’d thought of everything, including a welcome box packed with food and goodies, which was a lovely surprise. Definitely five star. When we’re back in NI, we’ll return to Scott's Barn.
