Norgate

Jan and Doug were so accommodating and helpful during our one night stop with three pals. Peartree is well placed for Corbridge and nearby areas, and it was neat and clean with all the facilities we wanted for a short stay. We especially liked the powerful showers and the toiletries. Both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms. Breakfast was plentiful, with local ingredients in the full breakfast. We all agreed we’d choose Peartree next time we get together.

Corbridge was easy to walk to from here, and the location was just right for us, peaceful too. The rooms were great, and Jan and Doug were lovely hosts. We had a really nice night and a great breakfast, especially the blackpudding. Thank you.

The hosts were kind and helpful, and the price was very reasonable. We really appreciated the little extras, like fresh milk, cookies, and lovely toiletries. Breakfast was delicious, with a great spread of fresh fruit as well as the usual choices. One of our best B&B stays.

We spent three comfortable nights here while walking on Hadrians Wall. After two very wet days out walking, the drying room was much appreciated. Breakfast was very good and used locally sourced food, and the hosts were welcoming and helpful. It had everything we could ask for.
