I only stayed one night, but booking online was easy. The team onsite were welcoming and very hospitable. My room was clean and comfortable, with a great view.

We hired the whole house for a big birthday with a group of friends. It’s amazing, with beautiful rooms and the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. We had everything we needed, and more. The location works perfectly for exploring Bath and the surrounding villages. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again if I’m in the area.

Lorne House is in a lovely little village with pubs, restaurants, and cafes, and Bath is a short drive away or reachable by bus. The rooms are comfortable, and the hosts are lovely and available if you need recommendations or have questions. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. I can’t recommend it enough!

The house is very quiet, with a lovely lounge and dining room. My room was immaculate and nicely decorated, and I really enjoyed the night I stayed. It’s close to Bath and to some very nice villages in Wiltshire and those areas.

We spent Christmas 2022 here with a large family group of 10, including a couple of small children, and booked the whole place. The rooms are plush and modern, and the house was comfortable overall. The owners were incredibly helpful, giving us advice and even lending us their local cell phone when we needed to contact the national health service about a worrying illness in the family. We liked the location, with easy drives to Bath and the surrounding countryside, nice views, and a quick stroll to the local pub. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the property for any kind of stay.
