Axo Paradise village

I was there on a short lease, and by the last few days I was more than ready to leave. When I asked about cleaning services, I was scoffed at. My complaint about the outdoor communal areas went nowhere, and after I avoided using the filthy kitchen and ate on campus, I was billed for cleaning that same kitchen. The problems started on arrival at axo's Village in Coventry. After two days of flying, I raised the state of the shared kitchen within my first hour there and got no response. The woman in charge, whom I called Ms Ireland 1947, also wouldn't let me get near the lift because of my sciatic pain. I'm a middle-aged EFL teacher who's been through plenty, and this was the least pleasant stay I've had. If this is paradise, I'd rather take hell. I apparently paid for the Slum Experience.

The location works well, with campus, shops, and transport easy to reach, and I found the place safe, welcoming, and well managed. There are study areas and social spaces that make student life easier too. My room at AXO Student Paradise Village was modern, clean, and comfortable for both studying and relaxing. The staff are friendly and ready to help, which gives the place a supportive feel. Special thanks to Haniah and Humaria. I'd recommend it to students looking for good accommodation.

Since Haniah left, the atmosphere has felt much drier and less welcoming. I don't really feel there's anyone I can talk to about personal things now, and it's a shame because her presence changed the place so much. Before that, my stay at Paradise was amazing. Haniah and Humaira were a great pair, always positive and full of energy, and they made it easy to feel comfortable there. Haniah especially stood out, always going above and beyond.

My two lovely girlfriends are so sweet and genuinely responsible. Hey AXO founder, you should be proud to have such nice staff at your company 🤍
