For what I paid, the room had everything I needed, and I’d happily come back. It was very clean, warm, and had a great shower, plus a small kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, fridge, bowls and other bits. I only used it to make a hot drink. The room could use some paint, though. The location is excellent, right in central Coventry, about a 10-minute walk from the station and close to bars, pubs, Tesco local and more. There’s no parking on site, but a multi-storey car park is five minutes away. There’s a pub next door, and it can be noisy if you want an early night. The music stopped at midnight, though, and it didn’t bother me because I was out until the early hours. I was a little concerned when my door codes hadn’t arrived by 3pm. They came through the Booking.com inbox in the app, without an email alert. I called the helpline, and the guy was really helpful and texted them to me. I understand they send the codes late to prevent early check-ins.
