Premier Inn Coventry (binley/a46)

I woke up after the first night with a small bite on my arm and brushed it off as probably nothing. The second morning I found two more on my stomach, and my friend had one on their ribs. The room looked clean at first, but a closer look made it seem poorly maintained, and I think it may have bed bugs. I’m extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with the stay overall. The breakfast area staff were really welcoming when we arrived, and the front of house team were helpful too.

We enjoyed our two-night stay on 6th and 7th December. The room and bathroom were clean and warm, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, well worth the extra. The dining staff deserve a special mention. They were lovely and created a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

The twin room had only one bath towel, and during the night people ran up and down the corridors. At 2am someone banged on our door and left us a bin. The location is convenient and the fixtures are standard Premier Inn, but those issues made for a mediocre stay.

Breakfast was the best part, especially the chef. They were happy to cook something fresh whenever I asked, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Very good value for money.
