I stay at the quality hotel quite often and always enjoy it. The staff and manager Andy are welcoming and understanding every time, and they’re so accommodating about my dietary requirements. The rooms are cosy and very clean. I honestly recommend it to everyone; no other hotel I’ve stayed in has made me feel quite like the staff at the quality. Bruno, the most amazing little furbaby, has a very special place in my heart. Thank you to all the staff and Andy from me and my partner. All the best, Mrs and Mr Ross.

There was plenty of parking, which made arriving by car easy, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and happy to help. My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and complimentary tea and coffee were provided. I would have found a fridge useful, though. I had a pleasant stay at Quality Hotel, Coventry and would gladly recommend it and stay again when I’m next in Coventry.

A good budget option for the money, with a spacious, clean room. The shower pressure could be stronger. Breakfast was okay, and the chef was lovely and helpful. I’d stay again.

The room was a good deal, with a clean en suite, comfy bed and pillows, a decent TV, and tea and coffee. It was too hot until I switched off the radiator. I didn’t eat there, since there are plenty of nearby pubs serving food. Overnight parking cost £5.00, but the car park was well lit and the car felt quite safe. All in all, a good choice.

The room was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in anywhere, with an excellent shower room and a very comfortable bed. I have back issues but slept without any problems. The staff were friendly. The meal service seemed unprepared and rushed, though the food itself was well cooked.
