Patricia and her colleagues made breakfast a highlight. They even opened early to fit our early departure, which was incredible. Reception were very helpful too, and every staff member was happy to go the extra mile. Thank you, Ramada! The room was lovely and big, with everything we needed, though there weren’t any bedside sockets for phone chargers.

The food and drink team were courteous, organized, and attentive, making dining pleasant and welcoming. Everyone looked after guests professionally, and it was clear they take pride in their service. Reception set the tone from the start: warm, professional, and genuinely helpful, so check-in and the rest of my stay felt smooth and stress-free. Ramada Hotel stands out for its hospitality and dedicated staff. I had a truly enjoyable, memorable stay and would happily return and recommend it.

I was in town overnight to drop my child off at the university. The room was a good size, quiet, and reasonably priced, with a comfortable bed and spotless surroundings. I enjoyed the shower and appreciated having both shampoo and conditioner. Parking was convenient and fairly priced. I didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment on it. The staff were friendly, and I’d definitely stay again.

After 13 days at the hotel, I left the UK feeling sad and heavy-hearted because housekeeping misplaced, stole, or destroyed the book I was reading. It meant a lot to me and had lots of notes written on its pages. Someone simply made it disappear, and the hotel showed no accountability for things going missing from a room. Saying “sorry” a hundred times means nothing without taking responsibility. The explanation made it worse. First, the housekeeping staff member said, “I don't read books”; 15 minutes later, she said, “I remember the book was on Medicis! Coincidentally I was reading something similar few weeks ago!” You could have told me, darling. I could have shipped you a new book.
